Meet Shayla Golando
Growing up in a military family and becoming an Air Force spouse helped Shayla develop vital life skills, like resilience and tenacity, as well as an eye for design. After a successful career in retail banking, Shayla decided to follow her dreams of owning her business and opened Design 321 | Decorating Den Interiors.
She credits her upbringing, experience, and passion for serving people as what enables her to connect with her clients on a personal level and create environments that are unique to them and their families. Nothing excites Shayla more than when she’s able to design a space that makes her clients fall more in love with their homes.
