About Shayla Golando
Growing up in a military family and becoming an Air Force spouse helped Shayla Golando develop vital life skills, like resilience and tenacity, as well as an eye for design. After a successful career in retail banking, Shayla decided to follow her dreams of owning her business and opened Design 321 | Decorating Den Interiors.
At an early age, Shayla learned home is truly where the heart is. “When you’re constantly moving, you realize the little details make a big difference when making a house feel like home.”
She credits her upbringing, experience, and passion for serving people as what enables her to connect with her clients on a personal level and create environments that are unique to them and their families. Nothing excites Shayla more than when she’s able to design a space that makes her clients fall more in love with their homes.
“I believe everyone deserves to love where they live and that you shouldn’t have to go on vacation to feel relaxed in your space. Cultivating meaningful relationships with my clients allows me to listen to their goals and visions and make them a reality.”
